Building Additions
Mezzanine Systems
The standard mezzanine system is composed of profiled steel deck, mezzanine joists, built-up beams, and intermediate support columns. Lateral spanning is achieved with built-up beams, while longitudinal spanning is achieved with mezzanine joists that are bolted to the top flange of the beams. To create a finished surface, a concrete slab is poured onto the steel deck. Alternatively, steel checkered plates can be used as the top surface.
Flooring
The flooring used is typically conventional cement concrete. For intermediate floors, metal decking sheets are fixed to purlins, and concrete is poured over them.
Deck Panel
This panel with deep ribs is commonly used as deck panelling for mezzanines and floor systems. It is highly durable but should not be used as a substitute for the reinforcement of mezzanine concrete slabs. The panel is available in thicknesses up to 1 mm with a 120 GSM galvanized coating conforming to ASTM A653M SS Grade 340.
Partition Walls
Partition walls are often necessary for residential buildings or offices. These walls consist of two rigid boards with insulation sandwiched in between, which are then fixed to the steel columns or supporting profiled steel and purlins. Alternatively, prefabricated sandwich panels can be fixed to the columns and purlins.
Curved Members
Single Key Buildcon offers curved sections that have variable depths and tapered members, making it possible to achieve curvature in three dimensions.
Fascias and Canopies
Single Key Buildcon provides various types of fascias customized to meet customer requirements. These fascias can be vertical, horizontal, or feature curved sheeting to enhance the architectural look of the building. Wall canopies at eaves, end walls, over doors, and windows are also available based on specific needs.
